Qualmë is the Maia not many people like to talk about, although everyone will meet her, in the end. She is Námo's chief Maia and possibly the only person who finds his jokes genuinely funny.
Like her patron Vala, her touch is death to mortals so she tends to wear elbow-length velvet gloves to avoid any accidents. It is a lonely job and Qualmë is the sort to fall deeply in love with almost every mortal that she meets.
She exists to make your passing more comfortable. She will guide you to the Halls. She is like a guiding light (except that she is wrought of shadows). She will take care of you. She will laugh at your jokes.
Unless she doesn't like you.
